There isn't an easier way to connect with nature than to observe the beauty, song and habits of wild birds.  Birdwatchin'.com was created to share our enthusiasm for this wonderfully entertaining hobby.

Backyard bird feeding is a convenient ... and fun ... way to enjoy wildlife.  More than 65 million Americans of all ages watch, feed and landscape for wild birds.  It doesn't matter where you live - in an apartment, townhouse or single family dwelling, in the city, suburbs or country.  Each year millions of people discover for the first time the joys of bird watching and wild bird feeding.  It is easy to understand why:  birds are fun to watch!

One of the best things about bird watching is that it can be enjoyed just about anywhere ... but the best place to start is right in your own backyard.  All it takes to get the attention of wild birds are full bird feeders, a birdbath fresh water source, bird houses for security or nest building, and appropriate vegetation that helps attract birds.  We hope to provide information about all these things and give you a place to find wild bird supplies online.  You'll find everything you need to set out the welcome mat for birds right in your own backyard.
